My older sister passed away 3 years ago from brain cancer and she shows me signs all the time that she is still here. Most of the time it is through music. I still wish I could call her every day esp after having my first son, whom she never got to meet. I know they are both look down on us and giving us strength when we need it. 💕

If your body is telling you to sleep instead of getting up super early to accomplish all of this things- do it! Your worth is not determined by your productivity. Your moment about your dad, I felt that in my heart. My mom passed 11 yrs ago in April. So many times I just want a hug from my mom. I know she's there but it hurts not not actually be able to call her. I lost my brother in 2019 to cancer. I have lost many other family member over the course of the last 11 years. The loss of a loved one hurts always. I miss them all every day. Being in tune to those little signs has definitely helped me on the hardest days. You are a beautiful human and your family is so sweet. My heart melted seeing your sleepy eyed babies wake up. ❤ How do you get up so very early and stay awake all day? Lol. I'm more of a night owl these days because that's my quiet, alone time. I'm happy to see you're all doing so well!
