Hey Hanan, I hope your week is going well. I wanted to reach out because we actually met at the Birmingham event, although it's been a while. I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed watching your vlog, it was truly amazing! and we would love to see more content like this in the future. Btw, I can totally relate to your struggle with lactose intolerance. Just like you, I often don't take it seriously and end up regretting it later when I consume dairy products like heavy cream. However, I wanted to let you know that here in the UK, you can easily find lactose-free milk options at Tesco and other supermarkets. Oat milk is a cheaper alternative that is widely available. So, if you ever want to try a dairy-free option, they are there for you!
