I go to bed between 11-12p most nights. If I’m really tired I fall asleep around 9p

So we had to cut them cold turkey with both daughters. We installed cameras in their room and would lock our door when we went to bed. Took them about 3 days of banging on our door before they realized unless they were dying or in danger, we were not opening the door. It was hard to ignore the crying the first day, but after that, they willingly went into their own rooms for bed. Occasionally, we have a weekend sleepover where they can come sleep in our room. We watch a movie and eat snacks in bed. They love that as it gives them something to look forward to.
