Loved the video. I have extremely curly hair like your daughter and although it isn’t fun, brushing it each day will actually help. And also try Paul Mitchell super skinny. It will really help soften the hair and tangles. 😊 p.s. I’d like to get chickens soon so a chicken routine would be good. ❤

Your eyebrows always look perfect!! Are they micro bladed? I can’t remember if you’ve ever mentioned that before. Also props to you for getting 3 kids ready and yourself to go work all day and while pregnant. I have 2 and can barely keep up! Yes. My MIL has asked me this during all four of my pregnancies, multiple times. A cup or two a day is fine.

Yes as long as you don't overdo it, less than two cups a day is the recommended consumption per day
