I totally agree with the looking presentable for work !! I always get up pretty early so I can do my makeup and hair! And I HAVE to take a shower of a morning to help wake me up 🤗 and I have to wash my face in the shower with my Clarisonic mia 2 it helps wake me up soooo much. ❤️❤️

There’s this ONE girl I used to work with who I swear hated me for no reason I’m a super quiet shy person unless I know you but I’m nice always to everyone I always start work at 6 for three years now 6:50 so I get up at 5am I spend time getting ready because it’s just fun for me it’s soothing even in the morning That’s how you know you love something And she would always say rude passive things like “ I don’t know how some girls care so much about getting ready for work like if rather sleep” or share fb posts about it etc But like girl I have a child you don’t if I want to take that time to get up early and get ready while being a full time mom and full time employee I will do that! Your routine is similar to mine! I don’t over do it getting ready but I do spend about 15-20 min on my makeup

Most dental hygienist are part time, would you say it is because most clinics don't want full-time hygienists? to not give them benefits (like healthcare) and such? are you doing alright with a part time?I was sure I wanted to get into a the dental hygienist program until I had seen that most do part time and now I'm just devastated about having to choose to do other prerequisites for another program this coming fall semester.

I currently work full time and most of my Dh friends do as well, honestly you will find a lot of full time positions and offices willing to give you benefits and 401 k trust me. I have seen it, i wouldn't change career paths for that reason because each office is different.

Breanna Carrigan I’m saying that because I have twin older sisters one whose a dental hygienist and one whose a nurse practitioner (RN with a doctorates degree) they both love their jobs but you get a broader option with nursing you can work in pediatrics, NICU, any office, labor and delivery, ICU, cancer research centers and lots more you get to explore more just a suggestion I’m in school to be a neuropsychologist that’s where my heart is but it I was to pick out of the two you asked it would be RN
