I’ve been trying to make standup minis using clips, but seeing your map in the opening makes me just want to lay them flat again, Kane. That map looks gorgeous!

Hey, no one said you couldn't use tokens instead of minis. Drop some art on poker chips or a pair of quarters and you should be good to go. I do love paper minis though, but I print mine out to include the stand as part of the paper.

Thank you! I haven't explored the forums yet, just Kane's Kiln, bc I don't want to try too many new things all at once, but I'm definitely going to check these links out over the next couple weeks. Going to GM my first ICRPG next month! Hoping to decide a setting tonight, possibly Orvald's Tower or Rig Riot. Want to run so many, but need to get ONE done first, lol. My crew tends to play fantasy homebrew, so I'm thinking about branching out with Rig Riot, red sword, and eventually the waste by epic sloth. I'll have Yahtzee and Gravity RIP by Luke Westaway as backup d6 games for my players at this event. 😆

Great video. So if the design and format are properly credited (by citing the template) as part of an original third-party composition not offered for sale or other profit, does HF suggest that it’s OK to publish adventure material that uses the official adventure template to emulate his iconic ICRPG “look and feel”?

That is the BearCats Town map. If you have Bearcats, it includes instructions on how to order a canvas print. I also imagine that some time soon you'll see the Bearcats map up on the Runehammer Store in a large poster print.

Hi all! New to ICRPG. He mentioned bananas. I learned they are for measuring??? Is it a meem or joke that I missed? You cant actually be measuring using an item that has no standard length, width or breadth. So I’m guessing it’s a joke? Or rather a meem since it’s referencing something that is not obvious to someone who was not present for the initial joke.

I’m ICRPG Core, the banana method is a rough guide of CLOSE, NEAR, and FAR. Everyone can imagine the general size of a banana so it’s a handy tool to just guesstimate movement when at the table. It’s not about being exact.
