I honestly wish I could transfer this closedown properly myself had I gotten a copy of the tape. Regardless, James Hall is the announcer here, coming out of the 1987 anthology film "Aria". There was no actual extended balloon montage here for the Welsh and UK national anthems, just two balloon montages with a fade to black between them. TX: Saturday 18th (early hours of Sunday 19th) October 1997, 2:36am
