Good video. I'm only a casual juggler. Probably about 50 catches with 5 cascade. But I am using rolled up socks. Maybe proper juggling balls going on my Xmas list.

Nice video Cody! Interesting how we find different patterns easier/more difficult. For me I would put the reverse cascade at #11, and the shower at #3 xD. Hope to see more content from you!

What brand and size balls did you use in this video, pls

I used a brand called Gballz. They are very durable. As for the size, I would say the standard size but I can’t remember exactly.

Awesome stuff...I will hopefully be learning a few of these soon. I started my 5 ball cascade 2 weeks ago and can now do 7 or 8 catches. My problem seems to be my dominant hand is having a tendency to throw a "4". Any tips for this or is it just a case of working through it?

Thanks! Practice the 5 ball pattern with 3 balls a lot to get the throws right. For example, throwing up all 3 balls at the 5 ball height and clapping under it. Once you can do that like 50 times fine you just need to work on getting used to the feeling of 5 balls. Also, take breaks in your practice and really think about every throw you are making.

Thanks...I am rewatching this video 5 months after..I am now fairly comfortsble at 5b cascade (40-50 catches seems to be my norm for now) and learning half shower.....I will work through some of these now and update in another 5 months maybe😄
