Removing the leech by yourself takes a quite a while,Tide turner is practically useless because once last effort is in effect she can just use her central body to follow you and leech you. But she can easily be countered with good teamwork and kiting ability

Tbh geisha is quite a good counter to magician as she can see him sooner than most hunters after he used an illusion cuz she gets the stare thing on him

Thank you for this! I really wanted to master using the global camera but I always panic and forget it everytime. I was also confused when I see a lot of high tier players do the side camera thingy and didn't know it was just properly positioning of the camera. I'm really a slow learner so I still suck at kiting even after 4 seasons unless I use survivors and their items (eg first officer). I'll still try my best (and hope my ping does, too xD). After months of playing this game. I do learnt a lot about kiting. Even now, i still make mistakes when kiting hunters. But i think practice make things better. I can't even do a simple kite when i just start playing. And it keeps on improving from 10 secs and if i were lucky it can goes up to 2 mins. There are 2 points i learnt from this video, the camera and "hunter type". Especially the camera. I didn't know the button even exist (LOL). You really help me (maybe us) a lot. I'm trying to learn using prisoner now, and i often use the stun at the wrong time since i didn't know about the camera. Thanks a lot.

When you said learn kiting with enchantress I’d slightly disagree because she is really good at kiting, I personally used minds eye to learn how to kite because she is blind and slow at vaulting, pretty much if you can kite without using a good kiting character then you will learn how to kite even better as the good kiting characters

I'm a seer main and I'm a little bit of a pro kiter and another tip is sometimes you need to look to the hunter to see the gap between you and the hunter or if you are a seer just increase your rage.

Actually for Enchantress, the 15 second charge only applies to the first stack. Every stack she gains makes it harder to gain the next stack since it reduces the stack gaining by 7% (up to 70%). So that means gaining stacks at the farthest range in early game is equivalent to hugging the hunter and gaining stacks in late game(that is, if you’ve already gained stacks before that). Other than that, great vid!

Enchantress' stun accumulation gets reduced by a percentage everytime you acquire one stun. The first stun you can get from 15 seconds but the second one and the one after would have an increased time duration.

From a top survivor/hunter in this game, when kiting always make sure you always have your camera turned towards the hunter so you know their whereabouts, and this tip is always and should be applied when kiting cause hunters likes to play mind games 🤷‍♂️

Thank you for the guide, but, I have something very important to say. I think the Doctor is broken. It said that she is like 10-15% weak, yet, when I play embalmer, they have the exact same time to vault. Plus, Doctor can be overpowered. She’s good at saving people, saving herself and kiting some hunters. If you want a women kiter, definitely use Doctor. Plus, when you use the right type of persona web, she’s overpowered and you can literally heal when the Hunter is breaking a pallet and vaulting a window. This is coming from a 1 year player who mains Doctor lmao 😂 (plus, if you wondering about the perk, it’s called Doctor. I think the perk was made for the Doctor 😂)

I have watched pro prospectors kite and now I harass the hunters way too much. At the boat, i could make more time by putting a magnet at the ramp and switch to the opposite magnet and attract them, making them fall. I have also learned how to help my teammates create distance by attracting the hunters to a object and therefore, create a long stun, They would also change their target to me cause they’re annoyed lmao. I have also learned how to camp near a pallet and attract them to me and pallet stun them. I also have learned to not always repulse, and also use attraction.

BQ is a pro short range and long range hunter. Kite transitional when she has her mirror and tight kite her when she has no mirror. You can check out my magician 5 cipher kite BQ video to see an example.

Hey Brian! Welcome to the game and I hope you're enjoying yourself so far. Regarding the characters, it depends if you prefer kiting or defending. If you like kiting, you can get acrobat or perfumer. Defending would be prospector. Most beginners will start with perfumer because its easier to "fix" kiting mistakes of going down too soon by going back in time. Hope it helps and good luck! ^_^

As a main survivor and main hunter, I don't really watch pro player playing surv that much, but I watch hunter main instead. I wanna know how they corner surv, when to use basic attack, skill, or charge attack, or even not breaking the pallets and still hitting surv. So it's kinda easily when you match with hunter but have below skill than pros. Or you can imagine the situation much further bcs you know it by watching pros.
