Random genuine feedback: I don't think the "age reveal" thing is working cuz people aren't really interested. It's like, "Okay, you're __ years old. Now what?" We're not really getting anything worthwhile out of it. I suggest giving your audience something a lot spicier.

I have average fingers, my height is also average if you wonder(173cm). It is my second week playing guitar. I could get the first chord (Fm(add9)) to sound good after around 5 minutes of fiddling. I very doubt you can't play them if you play the guitar long enough. Now I am actually ambidextrous (so I have slightly more dexterity than you would expect beginner to have), but nevertheless I think it is very possible. Not as easy as the guy in the video(his fingers are like 1.5x mine lol), but doable I guess.

I find chords can be amazing if you make the right progression. Every chord has a perfect chord to compliment it for a specific genre. You just gotta be creative enough to find it

@Opini Bukan Fakta I wouldn't say the majority but I definitely have found videos that either mislead people or the teacher poorly delivers information. When the delivery isn't clear, people can develop bad habits. For me personally, I watch Charlie Porter for trumpet practice and he's a good example for an experienced player explaining in crystal clear speech

Maj7#11 chords are so ridiculously luscious and mystical I love them so much

the #11 is a raised fourth degree, assuming the root of your chord is the tonic of a scale what makes it so mystical is that the chord itself is evokes a Lydian tonality based off its root note [i.e.: EMaj7(#4) evokes an E Lydian feel] what’s really cool is when you can associate with modes apply to which extensions and their accidentals, it becomes more natural and you can make real spicy music more intuitively

Okay So to generalize, we have this chord progression: i(add9) bVII(add9) bIIIMaj7(#4) ii7 half-dim V+7 Say we do this in Am instead of some flat key signature so we have a better understanding of the progression: We’d have these chords instead: Am(add9) - A C E B G(add9) - G B D A CMaj7(#4) - C E G B F# B7 half-dim - B D F A E+7 - E G# B# D (yes, a B# exists in this case, theory is weird) Hopefully this demystifies what’s happening here. Minor scale, play your i, bVII, bIII, then follow with a classic ii-V but finish with a minor i instead of I. Study the relationships between the chords, not the exact letter name attached, and you’ll be on your way to mastering understanding chords of any key.
