Thanks, Ruth, I feel I really needed this! Already ordered the Epsom salts and frankincense for a relaxing bath.....although I’m not exactly loaded down with work as the NHS deemed to send me one of those bloomin letters with instructions to stay in for 12 weeks as I’m have infusions of an immunosuppressant 🥺 Feel like I’m living through my own version of The Shawshank Redemption and my hubbie is the Warden. Planning a prison riot later to have an extension of ‘garden time’ ....either that or 2 laps of the kitchen, 4 of the hall and as I don’t have a trampoline I may add an extra mattress to the bed and double somersault away ‘til I’m knackered. Then I MAY just sleep. This is where your ‘sleepy bath time’ routine comes in, so ‘thank you’ 😊

A Model Recommends Its treatment for ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease, similar to crohnes) Just transfusions every 8 weeks but they bugger up my immune system, hence letter ☹️ It came this morning and for the past 11 days I’ve been out with my dogs at 6am as Gov directive said we could ‘exercise once a day’ ........now the Warden says it’s ‘total lockdown’ . My own personal (and everyone else’s) PE Teacher, Joe Wicks is helping. I’m there at 9am, five days a week, perspiring profusely, dogs on the sofa looking at me obviously thinking, “She’s lost the plot” .......and hoping it’s not Double Maths after PE !! Sorry, this is turning into War and Peace! Obviously too much time on my hands.....I’ll go back to Face Book 😊🤗

It's not unnecessary and frivolous. This is part of what you do, recommend products. I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video and frankincense is one of my favourites. I've been mixing with some hand cream, a drop or two of lavender, roman chamomile, clary sage, geranium and frankincense every night and I rub it on the soles of my feet, stomach, lower back, back of my neck, temples, third eye and into my hands and lower arms. I sleep better and I get a lot out of the savasana part of my bed time yoga practice. So I thank you for the video, really appreciate it xxx

All over the world we are having to make huge changes to the way we normally live our lives but it is comforting that some things remain the same. KZbin includes many fabulous vloggers who are working hard to entertain us and break up the bad news that is all around . Thank you the work you put into your videos, your sweet face is a delight. Thanks for the “distraction”. Frankincense is one of my favorite ingredients I add to my face oil. I sort of make my own Vitners Daughter face oil combining about 10 face oils I’ve collected adding a little bit of each to a small bottle then add 2 drops of Frankincense. I love it as a therapeutic massage at night.

Hi, you have came up on my feed again. Your cashmere sweater/jumper is lovely. I'm a bit of a frankincense fan too. A few drops of frankincense essential oil in a bowl of warm water and using a face towel to press on the skin is one of my favorite things to do ... so very soothing, and makes the skin look and feel so vibrant. You can add lavender essential oil too. Thanks for sharing some of your favourites. Neal Yard's frankincense cleanser looks like something I would like.

That must be an old Soaper Duper product as they don’t make hand soaps anymore, just the body washes. Plus they don’t make Tuba Rose anymore. BUT the company is promoting their body washes as hand soaps as they are lovely big bottles. There is a discount code on the website to help with the current health situation and promote good handwashing!!
