I did the book thing for my daughter's baby shower. Everyone brought a book that they remember being read to them / enjoyed themselves or read to their children / grandchildren. It's gone down really well and it doesn't have to be expensive!!

As you talked about the mascara primer I thought to myself how great I think the beauty pie one is and it never gets a mention. Definitely recommend you trying the BP mascara primer (I agree it’s a faff but so worth the effort!)

We just finished having our master bathroom remodeled. It took longer than I ever imagined it would due to COVID causing supply chain slow downs. It was one small room and it rained dust and chaos in our small condo seemingly forever. I can’t imagine doing multiple rooms at the same time. Hang in there. On the book idea, which is wonderful, you could ask your friends and family for books for Christmas for yourself and your children, maybe start a family tradition.

I've been using the Honest Beauty mascara for a while now and I LOVE it - it never smudges, it makes stubby lashes (mine) look longer and the tube is so pretty. (Why *are* mascara tubes generally in really boring colours?) Good luck with the building work - I don't know how you stay so calm in all that chaos!

re: book Gifts....A great idea for your next anniversary "party"....either your guests current favorite or at the time of your wedding....sorry you're feeling like s**t🙄....can totally understand ....when life seems to get away from us..you need to get away by yourself, even for an hour, with no one asking questions good luck with that!🌸✨🌺...or write down what you are thankful for...it helps

I’m new to your channel and I’m more and more addicted to your content. I like the picks, your aside comments, and the bit of humor, are a little lift for me. I also like the shorts videos you are putting up. I find I’m grateful to content creators who put up a minute or two of something, I don’t always have the time for the longer videos right away, but I need that little lift. I ordered the pack direct from Wype and one for my sister. I hope they will send it to the US, the checkout didn’t stop me-but the shipping was only £4.99, that can’t be right. Im sure they would just refund if they can’t do it, hope not though. I already order E-45 Itch Cream from a UK pharmacy, so not too much of a stretch for me.

But you said Emma Hardie was your favourite balm . I am so disappointed with Beauty Pie. Never rated The Ordinary either with the exception of their squalene cleanser. Almost a balm. Brilliant as cheap 👍🏻
