Land value matters yes but how come that we are just one of Asia's fastest growing economy and for that matter we are still not stable yet so why so expensive? Are we in UK? Or in Las Vegas in terms of its location? Seriously Ayala Alabang? I know that place since from the 90s and yet doesn't thrill me that much when you go outside your village take a walk in some nearby places and there you go again seeing beggars and street childrens across the street? While this 115 million peso house in ayala tends to amazed not even Fililpinos but Foreigners wondering what could be special about the location when in fact you're still in the Philippines and our money basically is cheaper than US Dollars while the price of this house was an equal price of a mansion in States that cost around $500,000 to $700,000. How about if we say its a contemporary house? Well not even close yet to 115 million php I dont know why some Filipino Developers here in Metro Manila is taking an advantage in house and land value while the bathroom lacks in sense of comfort considering the tub was like from a low cost apartment in NYC but still making a stand that the Land Value is the main attraction here so better yet lets talk to the Asia's Land of the Rising Sun "Japan" if this price tag is worth a Filipino Millionaire.

no offense, 115 million vietnamese dong pwede pa. it's not even sprinklered. ewan ko lang kung sinong bibili nitong house na ito. materials and design are just ordinary. you should hire an architect. even sa safety, glass pa ginamit sa balluster. diyusmiyo. bad feng shui pa. P110 ang lote, 5 million ang bahay, ganuon kamahal sa ayala ang lote.

It's interesting to see mixed reactions here but even more hilarious cause you could tell right away where the ignorance is coming from. I grew up in that area and now reside in the states. But to put it bluntly buying a house in that neighborhood is more like paying for the prestige of the location more than the appearance of the structure. And mind you it is ordinary for people to acquire a property here and demolish the existing house to build a new one in their liking. That's how people here roll.... it's rather insulting that you guys compare an exclusive subdivision to some cookie cutter houses (that I'm sure you're in) that's massed produced here in the states. That just doesn't make sense! Anyway, you need to be able to experience the lifestyle and the ambiance of the place before you compare, ciao!

When you out of the “Prestige Location” you will see the awful scenarios, crimes etc. to think Ph is not in the list of most expensive country to live. Most of these people are just trying to overpriced the house and lot to make money and fool people. Sorry but its true.
