Have you ever wondered about the health benefits of dried figs? Well today we're going to talk about it.
What are the health benefits of figs? Now I'm sitting here in my backyard and if you can kind of see, right, right there, that is my fig tree and I've been working hard to get that to produce and to take care of it and just everything about that. And I've even, I have another video posted that's going to talk about the spiritual symbolism of the fig tree. Catch it here • Figs in the Bible: 9 M...
It is amazing why God uses food to teach us so much important information. So let's look at what are the health benefits of figs. Let's just highlight this. The first one is, okay. You know that my teaching point is you've got to have fiber in your diet. When you have fiber, you feel amazing. Everything works right. When you don't have fiber, it's just like a clogged pipe. It doesn't, nothing works. So figs are the most incredible fiber rich food ever. Yes, I say that a lot, but it's true. Do figs have fiber? Figs have a lot of fiber in them that what it does is it kind of creates a natural laxative, but not a laxative. That's an emergency room. Acts laxative like, Hey, got to stop everything and go run. It's just a normal process. Laxative. Now it actually, because it has such a high book of fiber, it's going to help balance your blood sugars.
It's going to help you feel more satisfied, a key principle of Biblical health • 3 Bible Diet Principle...
You could eat, you know those 100 calorie cookie packs or snack packs. You know, you ever eat one of those and was like, well, that didn't feel like very much. I'm still hungry. But if you wait one or two figs, your body would say, Woo, we're feeling good. You're satisfied, but yet you eat those 100 calorie snack packs and you're still starving because all it does is excite your, your blood sugar is like, hey, give me more, give me more. Whereas figs are like, hey, we feel good, we're satisfied. That's the way God's foods work. So number one is it's a natural accident because of the fiber and that in its turn will help balance blood sugars and sugar cravings, Figs for diabetes, for that reason alone it's worth a fig a day day, right? Learn more here • 15 Amazing Fig Health ...
What I mean by that is figs have a perfect balance of potassium and calcium. Okay, you need this for your bones. In fact, figs are the perfect food for children to help build strong bones while they're growing.

The figs and olives mentioned in the Holy Quran I take dried, organic, imported hay with organic olive oil, remove the stick from it, cut a fig in half, put it in a glass jar, saturate it with olive oil, and put it in a dark place for forty days in a cool place in the kitchen. I eat three grains on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast.

Hi there. Yes food prices are high, but Aldis is amazing, along with Trader Joe's! They always have affordable, organic products. I mean a bag of doritos is about 5 or 6 dollars and a 12 pack of soda is about 7 dollars. So just those products are 12 bucks!! You can but a whole cabbage, organic head broccoli, organic box of lettuce, afresh pineapple, bananas, and dozen organic eggs for the same price. A lot of fruit you can buy by the pound, so you can buy 3 apples or 3 oranges which would be maybe 4 dollars for 6 pieces of fruit. I try to only buy exactly what I will eat for the week, with no waste, to help save money. Also Aldis, always, always has 50% off stickers on thete organic chicken....the section is small and all the way at the end of the meat counter. When it goes on sale, that's the only time I buy it. Plus the organic ground beef is typically $5.99 a pound, which is cheaper than reg ground beef. It's sold in like a square package, and you can tell the difference....I swear by aldis...even there sliced organic cheeses are about 2 dollars a package! 😁 you may already know this, but incase you didn't I hope this info is a little bit helpful. God Bless you.....

I planted a fig tree and am so excited how quick it’s growing and so beautiful, yesterday my customers is blaming figs for his wife’s breast cancer! Apparently she ate huge quantities shortly before she was diagnosed with a rare breast cancer and says figs did something with her estrogen levels. I’m so looking forward to dehydrating my figs for snacks as a substitute for sugar then I heard this....ever heard of such a thing?

@@seyjainaba3294 Well much of the quran is derived from the bible. Most of the same prophets etc. Also same physical origins.

Thanks for commenting. How many is a good question. My old reaction to learning new super foods is to eat them often and in large quantities. In reality 1 fresh fit a day or 3 times a week would be wonderful!

Figs are extremely healthy, but a fig tree in your garden can make you dizzy and weak. It is also not a good idea to stay under an fig tree for a long time. This is also the same for walnut tree. Thanks for the information!

Wanted science and not your religious views. Everyone is different and no there is no one gender identity binary. If God made people and intersex individuals exist then God didn't make a binary
