Arthritis crippled my wife. She lost the capacity to get-up from bed without help. It's been 3 years now we don't buy any coughs syrups at home ..because we take fresh ginger slices with pinch of salt. However you can take fresh ginger slices with honey or lemon and black pepper as you prefer. Also it's been 3 years we also don't have that severe common cold flu coughing 🤧 only for few days cold and flu not more than 3to 4 days then it's gone ..Thanks to Almighty God who blessings this Ginger for all of us. I've been using ginger on a daily basis since 2005. I am now 71 years old and people say I younger than my age. I walk everyday and I hardly get a flu and if I did it last only a few days. I don't have any maintenance just ginger tea.

I'm already 75 years ago and God's grace I'm still up and about walking around and 2 kilometers daily at least as my exercise. No arthritis and still can jump 2 feet aboveground. Can still do push-ups 5 times. Thanks to Ginger.

I chop a teaspoon of raw ginger and another teaspoon of raw garlic. Swallow them with a glass of water before every meal. I never have had any sickness since then. My joints are flexible and I feel great every day. I am 62 years old but my body feels like I am 40 years old. 😊😊👍👍😊😊😊😊❤❤

I love and respect the power of ginger. Ginger protected my diabetic husband and me from contracting CoVID-19. We used ginger in coffee, in teas, in stew, in smoothies, in rice, we also drank Ginger tea every day, 3 times a day, and even chewed a piece of ginger regularly. Ginger is awesome for the immune system. Ginger also helped my husband with waist pain a few years ago and he was already past 50 years. He had to sleep on the floor due to pain. He began to drink Ginger root twice a day and the pain went away with. What Ibuprofen could not do , Ginger did. Ibuprofen gave temporary relief but Ginger gave permanent relief.

I make Gari Ingwer selve and sprinkle offen some over my salad. I had soft tissue rheumatism and it often felt like the flu in my head and also in my joints. I grated 3-4 cm of raw ginger 3 times a day and swallowed it with yoghurt. 6 months without a break. For 7 years, 80% of the complaints simply stayed away.

I totally agree with you. I'm 65 and for some years had a problem of arthritis. Used to have severe pains around my waist and knees. I have ginger every day!!! I was type 2 diabetes, last time I was at the doctor he told me I am not longer a pre-diabetic. Wow!!!! This is after being told the same thing about 15 years when I visited the doctor for my annual exam. I was tired of hearing you are "pre-diabetic" I was almost sure I would be put on pharma medication. A wonderful thing happened to me with ginger. Ginger beer is delicious but has very little health benefits. This is because the high content of sugar in the drink neutralises the benefits of the ginger. The sugar also neutralises the health benefits in the food one consumes. Consume food WITHOUT the sugar infused drinks.

😂😂 Not breaking news to me. I honestly believe in this. My uncle Paul was a traditional Dr. Healing people with traditional medicines. I started taking his medicines at age seven. God has gifted people differently. Uncle never went to school but treated many people with different types of diseases.

You can leave the ginger peeled or you could peel it. Sliced it real thin and in a small jar combine it with honey. Not processed honey or honey syrup. Honey that the only ingredients is honey. Let it marinate for a while and it makes a wonderful Soothing spoonful that will help any cough, even if it’s connected to pneumonia. It will help thin the phlegm in your throat, and it helps you to breathe easier. This is my testament to what Ginger does for me. I keep some in my pantry all the time. The honey is good to add to tea. Sometimes I just crunch on the ginger itself. It has really helped my asthma a lot and other upper respiratory infections I can to get. I live in a desert part of the United States and it really helps with the dust in the air that I breathe in.

Throughout Covid-19 I used ginger every single days by placing a piece of raw ginger in my mouth and went everywhere even without mask - it’s very good for cough and headaches. - you’ll practically cannot cough or sneeze when ginger is inside your mouth. Life saviour!

I'm 65 yrs old from March this year and started taking a combination of ginger, lemon juice, garlic and honey with my meals and drinks when I turned 60. A year and a half ago I added in turmeric. Mostly, I use fresh or raw spices except for the honey; but once in a while I use processed powders from the supermarkets, to sprinkle on food. Also, l haven't seen the inside of a clinic or hospital since then and have not swallowed a medicinal pill, tablet or capsule. Awesome stuff.....the spices.

When studying at Loma Linda University in Ca, I asked a 96yr old active Harvard graduate Dr in Health and former nutrition professor (that still travelled to Europe to lecture) about ginger. The only bad thing he had to say about it was that it renders the soil useless for other plants for years. I’m a believer in ginger, as hanging out in ski huts with Asians to climb mountain peaks in winter in our 50-60s, ginger tea was hot on the wood stove and enjoyed with gusto

I'm 62 now and I've been mixing fresh ginger ( thumb size ) into my daily dose of fruit shake made of banana, apple, orange and lemon taken on empty stomach in the morning, and every night I drink green tea laced with ginger and lemon. Thank you. From Sri Lanka. I slice fresh raw Ginger into small pieces and add to my 2nd cup of Tea (without Milk) and drink at night or which ever time. It helped greatly lot during Covid epidemic. It is also easy to plant and maintain without any insecticide or chemicals.
