Garlic is a great source of allicin, which is responsible for the distinct taste and aroma of garlic and has many health benefits for the body. Studies show that cooking garlic significantly reduces the content of allicin and most of the active substances in it, and thus reduces the nutritional value of garlic, and this is the mistake that many people make who are looking for the benefits of garlic, Therefore, we will show you the best ways to eat raw garlic in order to obtain the highest nutritional value and health benefits.
All men and women do different work and activities, whether they are arduous for men or others for women, or even depend on mental focus, eating garlic regularly improves the performance and practice of these activities, because garlic works to stimulate blood circulation in all parts of the body to provide the body with maximum energy and vitality.

I've been taking garlic for almost 5 years now and I'm 59 yrs old. I chop it up and I chew it before swallowing. The reason for chewing is because it keeps my teeth clean from bacteria that causes toothache. I do it every morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, I feel so amazing for the rest of the day 😊👍

My father ate so much garlic, you could smell him a mile away. Swore I'd never have anything to do with it. Fast forward 30 yrs. I own a farm in the Georgian Bay area in Ontario Canada. Started growing garlic and because my soil is so mineral rich due to glacier deposits millions of years ago, any root crop such as garlic has tested off the charts. I know this because very early on I took it to the University of Guelph to be tested. It was the highest allicin content they had tested to date. As mentioned in the video, allicin is very fleeting. we needed a way to capture it once chopped. Hence an IQF tunnel ( flash freeze -80 degrees) then freeze dried. Garlic takes about 30hrs to dry this way. One capsule contains an entire bulb. As they say its truly mother natures best anti-everything! Kudos to this video and to everyone consuming GARLIC!🙏💝 Thank you for educating the public WELL DONE

Much more convenient and I'm still seeing very positive results that I attribute to the garlic. It's always best to design your health routine to address your specific medical concerns! I use to leave the sliced pieces of garlic for some minutes and then i put them in a cup of fine olive oil. It can stay there for one, two days, no problem, the taste of the garlic penetrates the oil. The oil penetrates the garlic. I can add half coffee spoon of pink salt just to get more tasty. Then i take a few tea spoons, as i want. Along the day, or once, doeasn't matter. It's great medicine, and you can take it alone or mix it with food. I would like to know the ideal daily quantity though, some people say there is no limit, others say not more than one clove. I usually take more than one.

Be very careful with swallowing a whole clove. I had to go to urgent care because my stomach was burning so much. But, I love garlic and now I’m more careful with it. You need to coat your stomach with pure organic cold pressed olive oil first. Also, a great way to get rid of skin cancer is to first put olive oil on the growth and then you slice a clove of garlic, wait 5 to 10 minutes, and rub it on the skin area with the oil. It truly works. Do it before you go to bed. Cover it with a bandaid. Do this every night; It takes about 5 to 6 weeks. iIt worked for me. Just be careful; some people forget the oil and will burn their skin.

This is a great way to incorporate it into your diet. I’ve found that it works with most meals and if not I just eat my meal and save a few spoon fulls at the end to eat with my garlic. This way I can taste and enjoy the meal, with and without garlic.

Something a lot of people don't know: for those who have some problems with digesting garlic, it is often because of the little sprout that grows in the middle of (older) garlic cloves. Super fresh garlic will not have a sprout in the middle, but older garlic always does (unless perhaps if the garlic has been irradiated or something like that -- but I aways get organic as I can taste the difference), and that sprout gets bigger and bigger. Just slice the clove lengthwise and extract the sprout from each cut half. That will solve issues for a lot of people. (I learned this from someone that grew up in a family that was Italian and owned an Italian restaurant the whole time he was growing up.)

I have taken raw garlic for some time. I usually crush 4 cloves as recommended according to a video. I was at the health club working out and a friend came and talked to me. He asked what I had for dinner last night. I answered and he asked if I had garlic. I told him no. He said he could smell it on me. It was coming out of my pores! Wow! I stopped for a while. I miss eating my garlic. I believe this because I lived in Korea and the Koreans love their kimchee. It is a very garlicky and spicy cabbage. If you got on a crowded bus there be prepared.

Hi there, the only thing I missed was whether to take out the part of the garlic that causes the smell, which is in the middle of it. That won't make you smell, however, I don't know if it matters or not. Supposedly parsley helps with the smell as well. Raw that is.

I don't buy or use bug spray/repellent I don't even worry about getting bitten by insects! Another way I use garlic is for sleep! Whenever I have a hard time going/falling asleep I crush 2 or 2 garlic cloves in a pouch and put it under my pillow, I fall asleep quick and I sleep like a baby the whole night!!
