Yoga is a practice. Practice long enough and you will see that yoga becomes a lifestyle. When I started taking yoga classes over 20 years ago I thought I would be working on stretching my body. Since then I have realized yoga is so much more. On the mat, we practice balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, and strength.
