UD really missed an opportunity with the GOT theme. I wish they had thought it out more. This was the chance to do some beautiful mattes along with some new duo/multi chrome shades. They could have really brought it with GOT, with dragon scales and beautiful winters and jewel toned houses....they had a chance to make some gorg colors.

I just got mine, and there’s some really awesome colors in the palette. Have you seen it in person? The jewel tones are so nice, and the four transformer shades that represent each house are freaking glitzy and glittery and gorgeous. 🤤 I really recommend trying to see it in stores somewhere, it’s beautiful.

2 weeks for that cleansing bomb is outrageous. My Clinique Take The Day Off Balm can last up to 6 months and I wear makeup nearly everyday (and subsequently use the balm everyday).

I love the Pharmacy cleaning balm. I get the travel size and it lasts me months. You need the smallest amount. I don’t know if I could go to drugstore or any other brand, as the drugstore brands have dimethecone and I have very sensitive acne prone skin.

Just got my GoT palette, and honestly I think its done really well. The color stories for each house are indicative of the colors of each house sigil, or the region they’re from. I like the fact that it’s not all neutrals, and they threw in a lot of nice jewel tones to play with. I think people are put off by so many satins, shimmers, and glitters, but you can use them however you want. There’s no rules if you’re creative!

Love this series Jamie! You & Alanna are hands down my fav beauty content creators. I may be biased being a Canadian as well, but I don't think so, I love you more than any other girls I watch regardless of where they come from. Your eyeshadow is so gorgeous, it's fabulous that you manage to have such amazing relatable makeup looks but still throw in such gorgeous, more edgy looks that would be possible for "normal" women to wear day to day (I know normal women sounds bad, hence the quotes, but hopefully everyone knows what I mean. With regard to the Maybelline Cheek Gloss Duo....They also have a contour/highlight stick like that. If go into the product with a brush, they won't mix into each other. And that cream contour/highlight stick is WAY good!

That wet n wild blush seems to work best with the blush brush from the same Rebel Rose collection, I got that tip from someone who reviewed the whole collection. I've never had issues with it not showing up are blending out without the gray cast. In fact, I have to be careful not to use too much, and it's one of the few cream blushes I like.
