Wow, they actually managed to say everything I felt about the crossover. Incredible. Everything was so right. The story was always changing and characters were going in and out of the plot seemingly for no reason. The anti monitor did virtually nothing just making anti matter waves. Every fight felt like it was going to be the huge big ending fight but just ended up being underwhelming and I feel like they just had way too much filler. To be honest the whole time while watching crisis I always felt like the actual crisis was still yet to come. Even when big things happened like Oliver dying and Barry having to sacrifice himself it all still felt like filler or the set up to the crisis. It never once felt like they were finally facing the world ending huge villain anti monitor even when they did it still felt like as if it were the smaller fight before the actual finale confrontation.

Biggest Crisis misopportunities 1. Lois, Clark and their child didn't die with Argo 2. Barry and Oliver didn't have a conversation longer than 30 seconds 3. Sara's heart to heart with Oliver was with a different Oliver 4. Diggle wasn't with Oliver on Earth 38 when he first dies (I can forgive it in part 4 though) 5. Diggle wasn't Paragon Of Humanity 6. Wasting Kevin Conroy and Brendon Routh as Superman 7. The plotline of Lex killing Superman detracted too much from the overall story 8. Barry Allen didn't die in parts 2 or 3. After that, Wally should've taken over as Paragon Of Love 9. Fighting Beebo and the Anti-Montior in part 5. 10. Not including Reverse Flash somewhere

I really tried to like Crisis and it had some great moments, but most of them were the cameos. The plot was unlogic, the battles were borring, Reverse Flash was missing and the CGI was sometimes extremly cringy. Cameos and a sacrifice don't make a crossover good.

Imo the crossover was cool because of all of the cameo appearances, particularly Tom Welling, Ezra Miller, etc. I think it's hard to put a top 5 best and worst with everyone having their different opinions. Poorly developed villains, confusing/conflicting storylines, and anticlimactic final battles are the norm for the CW. With the latter it must have to do with budget; Smallville was like that all the time - very built-up final fight with mediocre villain that was over with in 30 seconds. Cool that everyone is on the same "Earth" now and that it does open all the possibilities of new, refreshed storylines.

Eh. Crisis was super disappointing to me. Brandon Routh's Superman was barely in it, they did Tom Welling dirty with that miniscule cameo, they did Batman dirty, I don't like this Lex and would've MUCH rather seen Michael Rosenbaum, I've never liked Kate Kane, even in the comics, so her being basically the new head of the Bat Family was stupid, it should've been Dick Grayson, or Tim Drake, hell I would've even taken a younger Terry McGinnis who doesn't know that he'll eventually be Batman Beyond someday. The last minute pull of having John Wesley Shipp's Flash die instead of Grant was really lame, and lowered the stakes so much. There were, like, no stakes. Every time something really bad seemed like it was going to happen, it got quickly written away or hastily resolved to move on to the next plot point. Some cameos and nods to much better stories isn't what makes a show.

I know Ryan Choi has a part in comics but in this TV story, he didn't seem to have any role. Why was he chosen as a paragon, what did he do, and how was his presence useful? He had one important dialogue that seemed to inspire others but that could have been given to any other existing character who .... was also a human... or at the minimum, a human with no powers -- there are plenty of those just floating around all the superheroes in their day to day interactions without needing to introduce another character.

The Monitor admitted he did not forsee Oliver's first death, so he could have been wrong about the last stand. Oliver explained that the Paragons had the power to hold the line. Meaning Ryan Choi should be able to harm the shadow minions. Also, you can only put so much in a 5 hour crossover as ambitious as it was. The CGI wasnt bad for being on TV. CGI takes a lot of money to make and we didnt have to pay tickets to watch this. I'd say you would have to know who Pariah is to understand his importance. Pariah isnt exactly a popular character, but he was essential in sending the Paragons to the vanishing point as well as the reason Jefferson was able to join everyone else. As far as the Anti Monitor, I mean, they couldnt kill him, and he probably let that get to his head. He truly believed he was eternal so it would make sense if he felt he didnt have to worry about failing.

Cryer’s Luthor is a villain I love to hate. The cameos that payed hommage to movies and TV shows were really cool and Ezra Miller’s secret cameo was very unexpected. Seeing Ashley Scott as Helena Kyle calling for Oracle really makes me miss Birds of Prey. If they had made that show today, it would be a success.

The best parts were definitely geeking out over the various cameos that were very impressive to pull off. Even Marvel has failed to do similar cameos that I expected to see between the TV shows/MCU movies. The dialogue was cheesy, but it has always been cheesy, so it was to be expected. Was waiting for The Specter to grow huge and fight The Anti-Monitor 1 on 1 but unfortunately nothing... The Specter shouldnt have died. Oliver deserved to live. He should have stayed alive behind the scenes protecting the world only coming out when there is a big threat like Crisis.

Elvira Hancock Spectre cannot die. Is Oliver dead? Yes and no. Same thing as the monitor. Two episodes left so seeing where the Monitor took Felicity to see Oliver will reveal more about the Spectre/Oliver’s current state

Besides it looking like a show with cosplay actors, the worst thing is Superman's role. Arguably the biggest DC character with the exception of Batman is treated as a side character. He should be the leader. Tired of the films and shows disrespecting the character because he is powerful. Superman has to either be "dead" or limited so mid-tier superheroes can shine. It's just like the Marvel films. Banner has trouble turning into Hulk or Thor is now depressed so they don't over power and upstage the other heroes. We know these characters are strong and powerful enough to do most things on their own. If you watch Avengers, you might think Captain America and Black Widow are more important than Hulk, but in comparison, he can easily smash them.

You know that is a good point instead of shadow demons why didn’t the anti monitor bring back a bunch of villains like zoom, reverse flash, dark archer, Prometheus, zod, vandal savage, and a bunch of others. We could’ve had them fight the league while specter fought the anti monitor.

I have no complaints, I love Crisis. It was great. It's not perfect, but it's superhero television. I mean, it's better than a good number of the big budget DC movies, and these shows have a pretty small budget, so consider that as well.

Worst: The fact that, since we don't have Batwoman on screens in Australia yet, we missed an entire episode of Crisis. Have pieced it together with KZbin cuts and guesswork but it still sucks!

My biggest disappointment - They didn't give Oliver a proper ending his death scene was also bad as none of the founding Arrow cast was there
