Chermside and Lawnton are great suburbs.Trouble with Brissy is with a large river splitting it in two it can alienate people from both sides of the river
@wangdavid3726 Жыл бұрын
Lawnton's surplus of social housing units leads to lower house prices. This makes it a potentially attractive option for investment, but may not be as favorable for owner-occupied residences.

I bought an apartment in Kelvin Grove, in 2022, for love 5’s. This week, a penthouse in my complex went for $1.36m. So, I don’t know if the undervalued tag is a exact fit for KG 🤷♂️

Thank you. Little expensive though. Most buyers would be maxed out and be stuck with that one property at these price points. Maybe good for owner occupiers, not so good for investors looking to build a portfolio in a short period.

Any reason why you picked that suburb over Boronia Heights or Heritage park? I have an IP in Heritage park. Solid 4-2 in the low 600s.
@lionheart1727 Жыл бұрын
Heritage park is similar to regents but has a rubbish dump and not as many parks. You're also getting closer to logan central. I like Baronia, however Hillcrest is better positioned with high value suburbs around it.

Hey mate, can you please do a video on good entry level areas to invest or buy into? Would be good to see your perspective on how you would go about buying your first property with these post covid prices as someone in their early to mid 20s. (As I know a lot of people who have near given up on buying a home in that age bracket. They're from sydney and their areas during covid went from a median of $1.2m to $2.1m in less than 2 years) Good video mate cheers.

All that Kelvin Grove infrastructure won't just magically appear - you are talking 10 years of construction noise and traffic. Fine for investors but owner occupiers might be left wondering what they've gotten themselves into. Cannon Hill probably won't escape that pre-Olympic madness either, but for mine it's the pick of the suburbs you've listed.
