You can't help but feel for Mr. Freeze. He is given a chance to redeem himself with a new body and make amends for what he had done as a villain but gets screwed over by the scientists who cloned his body and wants revenge. And in the end, he sacrifices himself. I think he saw in Terry Batman's "never give up" attitude when it came to redeeming enemies.

@gamester5126 жыл бұрын
This is one reason why I was upset that Villain characters in DCUO are *forced* to betray Freeze in one mission line, they don't even give you an option to instead side with Freeze (possibly even to the point of them managing to keep Freeze from going *too* far....). If I'd had my way, my Villain would have tried to help him (though to be fair, in my head-canon for said Villain, she wasn't actually evil and was only a Villain because her daughter was being used by Circe as a hostage to force her cooperation, and if the JL ever managed to save her daughter, she would happily switch sides in a heartbeat), even if helping Freeze meant pissing off the Joker as a result.
@canoncoriell91055 жыл бұрын
Jennifer Pruitt mister freeze inherently isn’t even truly “bad” in most iterations. Most the stuff he does is to fund a cure for his wife, which is why he became what he did. Most times he expresses a lot of remorse and ultimately ends up turning himself in or helping fix the wrongs he did.

My interpretation always was that, if there's a reality for every possibility, if Bruce had ever decided to not overpower him or if any Owlman was stronger than Bruce, the universe would blow up, thus it shouldn't matter for him to deactivate it, some other Owlman would win and the universe would end. He either knew that or simply accepted that he could never win, thus accepted his death.

In the mission _In From the Cold_ where Freeze is the central character, his wife is released from her stasis pod (revealing she was awake the entire time) and tells him that she'd rather live out her days instead of spending them in the pod (Arkham Origins established her terminal illness as Huntington's chorea). Freeze deactivates his suit and decides to leave Gotham with her to travel the world with whatever time they have left together. It's implied that they both died sometime after departing the city.

i really like mr freeze death in arkham? when he rides in to the sum set with his wife and they spend their last time together
@AzguardMike6 жыл бұрын
what you dont see is, after they are out of sight, he knocks Nora out, refreezes her promising a cure and puts on his new and improved freeze suit 2.0 vowing to cure her, or turn the world into a ice palace where only they will live forever.

Great video. Really well done. When I heard the Joker's name, I thought for sure it was going to be his death in Injustice where Superman punched him right through his scrawny chest. I've always loved the look on Batman's face in that frame.

The reverse flash’s death was 10x better in the comics than in the film “doctors advise: When you’re in the middle of a war... Don’t stand still”-batman

Yonathan Solano do you think he will come back in another animated movie ?
@mrheroprimes6 жыл бұрын
@@yonathansolano8793 because the reverse flash/Eobard thawne is from 22nd century. anytime the reverse flash's killed in twenty-first-century it automatically gets negated because a version of reverse flash/Eobard thawne is always runing back through the time stream and that version of him happens to witness whatever death that occurs unless he killed in his own time period There's no way to kill him
@shawn68606 жыл бұрын
He can die. In the injustice universe, his ancestors are killed and he is never born. Therefore he could die permanently and could not travel in time. Its one the reasons he is not prone to killing people in the past without careful consideration. This same theory holds true in the mainstream.

I like the one where the writers grew balls and killed off a 70 year old character who couldn't experience any more character growth. Then they invented a new villain who could go through story arcs. Haha. Just kidding, comics books are dead these days. since the 90's everything has been trash. Name one new villian who is decent.
@aprettyrainbow6 жыл бұрын
Bane and Harley first came out in the 90's... even after the 90's villains like Hush and The Court of Owls came out who both had amazing Batman comics
@letoatreides40416 жыл бұрын
@@aprettyrainbow Hush is a one note character who was built up who basically did nothing and only existed by retconning bruce waynes life, owls only exited because of retconning the entire gotham history where it doesn't make any sense at all. Honestly the court of owls doesn't make sense at all when you consider well batman and his rogues and all the stuff that has happened. It's a really stupid idea. Then there is the Red hood who signaled the death of all creative thought. Now villians pop up and the only way they can exist extreme retconning. But hey let's kill batman.. again... again... the de age him... then retcon him... then send him back in time.

I'd have to say if I had to choose my favorite Batman villain it would be Mr. Freeze (with The Penguin being a close 2nd), and the reason they were able even to leave such a impact on me for me to consider them my 2 most favorite villains is because of their design in the "The Batman" tv show I mean the orange hair of The Penguin and the way his tophat bended and the monocle, and THEN THERE WAS MR. FREEZE!! I mean the way his suit was designed and the way his powers were utilized by the suit was just awesome, AND I LITERALLY JUST LOVED THE ICE SHAPED HEAD AND RED EYES SOOOOOO MUCH!!!
