Excellent recap of your meals. I especially liked the chicken legs, mushrooms in a cream sauce with vegetables. I’m making a version of that for a few friends for Friday but preparing today. I’m using porc tenderloin and organic carrots with clementine because that’s what I have in and tagliatelle nests. Instead of heavy cream I am using sour cream again because that’s what I have on hand. Also homemade sourdough bread l. You have taught us well. Thank you. Joseph.

@@easyfrenchdietmy dinner party was a success. The pork tenderloin was delicious and tender. The clementines with the carrots very different but good as was the tagliatelle. Hello, I don't make my own bread because in Paris you just have to go out to the bottom of your house to find fabulous sourdough bread, but I don't think it's very complicated. I've noted it for the stews. Have a nice evening ✨

Hello we have both jars and plastic containers for cream in France. I prefer to buy glass as it won't interfere with the cream, it's often better quality cream and the container recycles better. But of course when glass is not available I buy the other container. Thanks for watching ☺️
