Hyatt place hotel was bad we told the staff the aircon not working right and they sent a guy to change the settings he put it on the lowest temperature and later we were told it turns off aircon when no movements. We kept feeling hot and cold all night. They offered no discount and said sorry. We asked for discount and the woman only changed the conversation to having that guy come back to change it again. Then we are suppose to be hot or very cold is are choices. I don't recommend this hotel. Suggest more details and include prices in your videos.
