The ambient diffused light is my daily go to for setting concealer. The dim light is perfect for buffing and blending my bronzer/blush so they mesh seamlessly with my skin. And the new loose setting powder is perfection over everything.

I was afraid to try them because I’m old enough that I have fine lines... and I have dry skin...but when I broke down and tried them- these powders (which are just beautiful) were game changing for me. However I make the sacrifice and pay the GDP of a small country for my Hourglass products. I will never be without my DIM 💕and it’s the only finishing type face powder I use on my slightly dry 54 yr old skin. I also love the Hourglass stick foundation- not sure how or why but it looks SO beautiful and luminous on my skin which I never would have thought given that it’s a stick 🤷‍♀️ Also love their blushes - so pretty:) A good dupe for that eye shadow is the L’Oréal infallible in Amber Rush- it’s a spongy type glittery powder that is so beautiful on the eyes and can also be easily worn daily to work:) Loving your channel Jamie ❤️❤️❤️ Tammy Roy 🇨🇦

Omg yay new video! I love the hourglass unlocked palette so much! My skin hasn't been great recently and I need to use a lot of concealer to cover up my breakout and hence a lot of power to set the concealer. The unlocked palette completely saved my makeup day by adding a beautiful glow and life back to my powdered face!💖💖💖

I LOVE HG products so much! One that you left out that I absolutely adore is the Vanish Flash Highlighting Stick. It gives such a pretty cream highlight that really cannot be overapplied, and even somehow manages to work beautifully over powders! Unbeliavably good product!

Hourglass is my all time favourite brand. Dim Light changed my life, then the mineral veil became my favourite setting powder. Don’t even get me started on the edit 3 palette, but then they released the Unlocked palette which I’ve used everyday since I got it. The girl Stylo lipsticks are the best, and the gold pointy lipstick that could double as a weapon is great. The only product I’ve used that I don’t love is the vanish stick foundation.

I love that this was just a 5 best because there are no 5 worst from Hourglass 😂 I'm a very dry skinned gal as well and love the Ambient Lighting Powders (haven't tried the blushes or bronzers...yet). I tried a mini of Diffused Light first and liked it but didn't think it was the right shade for me so I bought a full size of Ethereal Light and it's been love ever since. I have the Scattered Light in Aura and, mind you I've only used mine once so far, but mine seems a lot more glittery than yours. I don't mind it but it's not quite what I was looking for and I had to use a glitter glue cause I could just tell it would be all over my face if I didn't. Perhaps I just need to use it more though and get past the top layer...? Back on a good not though, I really love the Illusion foundation and have been using it a ton since the temp. dropped. I like that I can use it with a tool or my hands if I want more sheer coverage and it still looks good. I also really like the concept of the Illume Sheer Trio but I wish they would come out with more shades because as someone who is quite fair with a cool-neutral undertone I don't think the shades are the most flattering for my skin tone (but it certainly doesn't stop me from using it). I am dying to try the No. 28 primer but am trying to work my way through a few others before purchasing. I have a mini of the Caution Mascara that I've been saving up and can't wait to try it! As someone with combination skin I am obsessed with the Hourglass Mineral Veil primer and I've been using it for 2-3 years now. It's the one primer that goes on nicely, doesn't make me super oily, holds my makeup beautifully and has become my daily go to! I also picked up one of the Ambient Light bronzers (diffused light) during the Sephora sale and I tried it for the first time today and couldn't believe how gorgeous it is! I'm hella white so bronzers are tricky for me and I am so impressed so far.

I have dry skin as well especially when it's cold outside and Dim light has been my all over powder for the longest time. Can't do any other powder without looking cakey. absolutely love the ambient lighting finishing powders- I use ethereal light. I have dry skin and do not wear foundation so putting it all over my face before blush or highlight really makes everything blend beautifully. Also putting it on top of blush makes it look like the flush is really coming from within. Just purchased the blush in mood light during the VIB sale and I'm very excited!

I love the mineral veil primer, I use the ambient lighting powders in Dim Light and Radiant Light as subtle glowy highlights, they definitely don't highlight texture! (My skin is hella oily btw and I live in Trinidad and Tobago which is in the southern Caribbean). I also now have the translucent powder which looks terrible under my eyes as it shows up too glowy and white. HOWEVER, a light dusting over my usual powder products creates a beautiful glowy but now oily look ❤️ I have been WAITING for this video because I'm truly very intrigued by Hourglass

I love the Hourglass products. I have several blushes, the ambient lighting powder in dim light, the illume sheer trio, and that powder is flipping AMAZING!! I have dry, aging skin and I also don't like powder but Jamie, you hit this on the head. I swear by their foundation stick, so quick and easy and amazing coverage! I'd love to try their loose powder I have the laura mercier one and its great although lately have found it to be a bit heavy and drying for everyday use.
