The moto bag looks great. I use an electric suitcase as a mobility scooter once or twice a week so I really like this technology. The moto bag has two small front wheels which helps with stability for corners but would not work with any bump bigger than an inch so no so good for out door sidewalks. I wish they would make a slightly larger one. But I understand the carry on targeted marketing.

Unfortunately, with the current budget airtravel restrictions, carry-on bags are no longer free. Also there are weight restrictions now. So motor and batteries add weight and drive cost up. Great idea but the tide is against these inventions.
