We have the black label navigator and it is beautiful, super comfortable. But in the 4 years we've had it... I believe for this trim type, so many electronic things have broken. the cameras get foggy, the screens glitch and they are not touch, they're just screens that need extra parts and set ups to use. Weird engine noises that ended up under warranty (thankfully), sensors issues, a head lamp, the front logo was flickering as well. The steering column got stuck after some time. The SYNC cant be updated until you pay. Unless you're someone who pay extras over extras of warranty, and have time to deal with dealers and love to wait for a loaner, get it! It does turns lots of heads, IT is beautiful, comfortable, spacious... put too perfect to be true unfortunately. I can't believe we have to start looking for another car knowing that if this one was reliable, we could keep it. We are thinking we can probably try the Grand Wagoneer .
