I’ve lived in Fairbanks over 30 years and I enjoy your videos. This one is a good synopsis for military members preparing to move here. Thanks for these services

What’s a family friendly neighborhood with rentals near Fort Wainwright? 🙏🏼
@DiscoverFairbanks28 күн бұрын
Thanks for your question! For family-friendly neighborhoods near Fort Wainwright, consider looking into areas like North Pole, Badger Road, and some parts of Fairbanks. They typically have good schools, parks, and community amenities. If you need more specific rental listings or details about a particular neighborhood, just let me know!

Cool video, not a hater, but just wondering. Thats not the safeway near chena ridge. That looks like Anchorage. And the first picture you used for chena lakes was angel rocks off chena hot springs road. Why not just take real pictures of the locations like you did in other parts of the video?

If one wants a clean nice 10 acre property near or in Fairbanks, where would you look first?

We've got a video coming soon that covers just this topic! Not to sound like a jerk, but I would definitely look at the ground first. In my experience, it is often the case that the land available in such large tracts may not be the best for building. You want nice and dry ground, regardless of where it is, and it is best to get a geotechnical survey.

Why didn't you mention any areas actually close to downtown? Like Weeks Field which is walking distance from downtown and actually right next to the Chena River. You should mention on your video that in most of your areas you covered that people will be hauling their own water and heating fuel as that is an actual part of life when you live outside of town in alot of areas. I would like to see people make videos about my town that are actually factual in how its going to be when they get here.
