I highly recommend watching the whole video, but here are the time stamps Tip#1 1:51 "Hold tight to some of the things that you been having success with during the summer" Tip#2 2:45 "Absolutely do not be afraid to fish shallow" Tip#3 8:22 "Don't be afraid to change very quickly this time of year" (lure/bait) Tip#4 12:08 "Be prepared for anything" (clothing) Tip#5 13:50 ran through his fishing rods

Another great video, great advice! What do you or should you do if you don’t have live scope? Thanks!
@bchecker63074 ай бұрын
Drive by side scan mark fish on locator come back drift, spot lock, or anchor. Fan cast your fishing the area instead of casting directly at a fish you see on live scope

Love the videos was wondering if you have any tips for walleye around late summer/early fall for shore fishing. I’ve been able to catch a couple but most days not a lot of luck. Or are the fish just moving to far out for shore fishing.
@NickLindner3 ай бұрын
Hey! That's a tricky time of year, as walleyes are pushing out off shore that time of year. Finding pinch points where fish need to move through is a great way to go. Nighttime can be good too

Nick any tips for beginner creators? Started a channel in the spring and just trying to grind out content and learn and fail along the way! Appreciate your content and advice!
@NickLindner3 ай бұрын
Just keep grinding. Get better every video. Don't get discouraged. Try to figure out what is working and why. Make videos you and your buddies would want to watch.

@@NickLindner Thanks my friend. Appreciate your response! There's really little to no content coming out of Montana, so I feel like there's an opportunity.

Great video as usual and thank you. Southern accent, LOL I'm fro the South, S. Texas to be exact and moved up to the Lakes Region of MN and always worried about how I would come across to the Norwegians. Heck, after listening to an Agriculture show on a Saturday, figured I fit right in. While I've never caught a walleye in the wild, only in DNR stocked ponds/lakes, I'm still in the hunt. Thanks for all the great tips and thank you again.
@NickLindner3 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! In the vast majority of cases, it's actually harder to catch walleyes in a lake that's stocked. The natural fisheries are generally better fishing
@ChrisG99784 ай бұрын
Just nabbed a nice mid-20s Walleye out of 18 ft of water this past weekend out of Lake Ontario, blade bait...I was targeting bass but enjoy picking up the occasional walleye out there. They're definitely in shallower especially where there's current.
