Pistol shooting sports. Strong wrist minimizes recoil (muzzle rise). The faster the muzzle is backs down, the faster a competitor can finish the target and go to the next target. You guys are awesome!

This is excellent for new mums. I had so much pain in my wrist with my new born that it got to a point I couldn’t hold anything or pick up. Thanks for your videos. Theyr great for educating and improving ones health. Prevention is better than cure.

Another great video guys but I was surprised you didn't mention strengthening the triceps which I have always found is a big part of strengthening and support for the wrist. I have fixed many a sore or unstable wrist but releasing the contraction in the triceps.

Someone boosted the lighting it seems. Looks much better/clearer! When you show the sign it dims, but I understand you must be only working with one light source. (?) Good video! Nicely done. Brad seemed determined to whack Bob in the head, but he restrained himself, fortunately! "Holy cow!" :)

For me had to start with the Bands, then went to the Broom, still wear wrist straps if I do anything physical or a get bad pain right away/day later. 3 breaks in the Left wrist, and 2 in the Right... Scap/Lun/Tri and Scap/Radis.

Those bands you are showing. I've always called them therapy bands. Also besides the soup can for the strengthening you can use a 16 oz water bottle too.

Will these exercises help to get fit for the walking on crutches after surgery? If not, would you make a video about exercises for strengthening arm muscles in order to not to overuse arms and wrists when using crutches?

My wrists are cracky and very thin so I’m very determined to strengthen them. My pinky side makes a snapping noise often on both wrists and it’s quite worrying. But I don’t know what’s going on
