I'm an LMT (Licenced Massage Therapist) by trade and created a linkedin which highlighted that career. I want to shift my profile focus to VO as I slowly work into the career. Is that possible with my existing profile? I'm told I'd have to make a new LinkedIn.

LinkedIn strongly discourages multiple profiles. Multiple Streams of income are becoming more common. I personally value multi dimensional human beings. I don’t view multiple pursuits as a negative thing. Granted, not everybody holds that view.
