The slap bit was really cool, love the tension. Getting soundtrack vibes. I'm actually curious, are you involved in film soundtrack work much? I remember you said in your studio tour that you rent your 5K camera for film crews and stuff like that.

Sidetracked was kind a Dead Man ish. Nice footage, which luts are you using?

I’ve only made music for projects I’ve been involved with directly myself, with filming and editing. Might have something coming up for a documentary though.

@@LivingroomGearDemos You should do a video about your grading process too, it's very filmic, reminds the 70's Kodak stocks.

Lovely video! I just bought this pedal and its few simple but very musical sounds are really inspiring. I absolutely love it. I also have the Infinity 2 Looper and agree that they are really smart looking units.

Congratulations on 100K. Great demo. I think you could follow this up with a pedal play through video. Delay is so vital to the sounds.

Thanks! I just think it would be too much to cover in one video. Took some time to get these shots.

The grain in that anamorphic is a thing of beauty. Was that done in post production? Curios because I'm new to photography and film making, but it's quickly becoming an obsession. Well done overall!
@LivingroomGearDemos2 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes, done in post. I believe it was the grain in Resolve I used. Check out one of my latest videos about my filming process.

1:56 Right here is where I remembered losing my iPhone 6 plus on the concrete at the very first day of my 14-day camping holiday through Southern Norway for years ago. The screen virtually turned to dust, which is why I have no photos from the entire trip 😖

@@LivingroomGearDemos It was a trip of a lifetime, and it WILL happen again when our house is finished. Just wish I'd known that radio in Norway is strictly DAB. I was looking forward to hearing new music and local news while there (eg er fra Færøyane, så eg forstå norsk). Instead it was a choice between Nine Inch Nails' "Fragile", Nat King Cole Christmas songs and a very scratched, old CD-ROM with Björn Berge. Actually: are there any Norwegian language music and/or musician websites, magazines, labels, etc.? I've tried googling for both Norwegian and Swedish sources, but either my spelling is off, there isn't anything at all, or it's such an obvious question that no native speaker would ever think to Google it. Also, for anyone avoiding Norway because it's so expensive: it's easily the cheapest 2-week holiday me and my wife ever had abroad; about 1200€, including: diesel for the whole trip; the ferry trip from Hirtsals to Oslo (Bartybåten! Wohoo!😝); plywood, screws, Foam, sleeping bags, blastic boxes, IKEA convection stove and power tools to build furniture for my Nissan nv200; supermarket trips; eating out 2 or 5 times; IKEA mattress (bought in Norway because the foam was way to hard!), and some clothes and a foldable solar panel in Lillehammer, because there was a sale. Who knew: Supermarkets offer cheap, shitty options for most food categories, and scampingsites in Norway cost somewhere between seven Euros and literally nothing at all! If we'd brought a crate of beer, a bottle of whiskey, and I hadn't had to repair my phone or buy a mattress, it would probably have been something like 500-600€ in total!
