when I was in my late fourties every morning when I woke up my pillow was full with hair....some might recognise this.....my hair was really getting thinner......then I threw out ALL shampoos and all other hair products.....I am 55 now and my hair only gets washed with water and also only when I have been doing sports and have been sweating through and through.....no more product, not even soap.....and guess what, there are no longer hairs on my pillow in the morning and my hair is thicker and fuller then ever.

@@gnanasabaapatirg7376 If you are genetically predisposed to go bald early there is obviously nothing you can do about it, sadly enough, but that is not the point I am trying to make. However, if you are NOT genetically predisposed to go bald early (my father is 82 and still has (thin now) hair) then all those products can do a lot of damage....that is my point How long have humans existed? and how long have shampoos and hair products existed? We don't need all those products.....the same with skin problems, any dermatologist will advise you to wash your skin as little as possible and avoid soap as much as possible

I don’t use products on my hair(except for argon oil everyday) unless I’m on for an occasion. Well it doesnt matter even if i do since whatever i do to style my hair… it just doesnt stay. I remember when i went to salon for hair spa and the barber styled my hair really well ngl, but it looked like i woke up from sleep after around 30 mins 🥲. Shit’s so bad i dont try to style my hair anymore….I comb once a day after shower and applying argon oil and i dont touch my hair after it 😗
