I run this fun Angel as a cEDH Cheerio Deck. Using and Abusing cards like: Chief Engineer - To give my 0 cost artifact convoke on the stack to then scry 2, draw is good Jeskai Ascendancy - To untap my 'mana' [creatures] Invasion of Segovia - This is the go-to card...Kasla can't beat the battle and flip it to give ALL non-creatures convoke

I liked your first two mentions, but instead of "for the empower" why not use War Flare? it untaps your creatures you may have used to convoke a spell previously, very helpful if you lose Jeskai Ascendancy.

Instead of pennon blade I'd recommend horn of valhalla, it's a strictly better equipment *and* it has that adventure there to make you lots of 1/1 tokens

In the same vein as Akroma's Blessing, might I suggest Samite Elder? It won't give you protection from any color, but if you have Kasla out you can tap Samite Elder to give your creatures protection from Blue, Red, and White.
