I dunno if either imma sims decore genius or if it's easy to figure out, but I did all these things by figuring it out on my own before watching vids like this lolol. Its easier to find items in debug if you try to remember an item close to it that has a name. Foe example, the pole for the kitchen shelves (which I'm totally stealing, its awesome) can be found much easier if you type tool in the search bar and hit tool-thermometer. I always try to do that because its hard to remember the position, especially with more packs. Also, Schmuck has a toolbox of items she uses a lot with logs, vents, a pole, and wooden planks which you may find easier if you decide to use it. Just some tips to make your life easier! Awesome tutorial!

Yes, back then platforms weren’t a feature in the game yet, now that we have platforms it works a lot easier :)

The ottoman build - you can put the small cabinets around the ottoman and it’s still functional

@@EvaRotky use move objects and if you place the half walls in front of the ottoman the small cabinets will stick to it, then just delete the walls when you’re done x

Can we get a video decorating guide with CC links to clutter, pillows, throw blankets, curtains, doors, floors, walls, mirrors, WINDOWS (the ones i had before got messed up after the 2020 update.) Just basic build mode decor/essentials ! The way you decorate your houses are so cute, but it's hard having to go to every video to see what cc you use :'(

Do you mean they don’t slot on? Raise the item by pressing the 9 key and that way you can raise it to the height you want it to be :)

Also just wanted to add items don’t slot on various surfaces like the cupboards that I use for the tv unit don’t count as a proper surface in sims so they don’t have slots for items but you can still place stuff by raising it manually :)

Hi, nope, the cheats work on console and pc! Maybe you had a typo? :) it’s bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects and then I believe on console you just search an empty search bar (on pc we put debug into search)! Lmk if it works for you now!

Erm it depends on the column I believe some have a limited height that can’t be changed (it’s a little blue icon in the bottom right I believe), maybe try different columns?

There are multiple rows of fishing signs, maybe you’re looking next to the wrong one? Have a look at some other objects around the pole in the video and see if you can spot them :)

A lot of the clutter is normal clutter items in the game, and then I used some debug items, for that use the cheats bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects then search for debug (if you’re on console search an empty search field) :)

As long as you can search for debug after entering the cheats and it shows lots of options, you don’t need a conformation that the cheats are enabled I don’t think I get them either :) the poles are base game so make sure once you’re in the debug menu you filter it to base game and scroll to around where I mentioned in the video to find them :) if you’re on console I believe you only need to hit enter in the search bar rather than type debug

Hi, mods have to be downloaded from the internet and are not approved by EA. Not all items I show in this video require additional packs, the kitchen shelves and tv unit for example are base game only :)
