My cabbages! My cabbages! Btw. the red one is just red cabbage. In Germny it's called Rotkohl -> red kale, but in Bavaria it's called Blaukraut -> blue cabbage.

I've been using that device for years. What you need to do is put some kind of block against the wall (on the counter) and put your device up against it so you only have to stabellize and youll just push it against it.

ironically for that 3rd gadget the flat slicer your suppose to hold the whole vegi your cutting with your hand at first and the reason your having soo much trouble keeping it still is cause your suppose to put it over a sink or hold it between your legs while sitting with a large bowl under it, you only really need to use the slide when you get about 2/3 through what your holding watched people use em like that for years and nobody cut themselves

You can make a lot of coleslaw with all that grounded cabbage. It would have been interesting to see if it actually could grind up lettuce as well as it did those cabbage heads. Lettuce isn't as hard packed as what cabbage is and is a darker green color than cabbage.
