In terms of the hood badging, I ended up staining my plastic hood inserts using the alcohol + acetone. Dumb idea, but didnt realize until a few minutes later when it was very white. Not sure how to re-stain the black now. Tried one product, and it was more of a polish to "restore" the look of the black, but I feel like I need an actual stainer.
