Turning the ball into an ornament was a great, simple idea. I really love that you put the bead under the hanger so that it wouldn't crumple! That was my favorite of the projects.

Love seeing that you have your own miter box! Yeah! I am quite a bit older than you and have always been into tools. My daughter thought I was odd when she was older because I would ask for tools at Christmas or any gift giving time, but now that she is grown she has a pretty good stash of her own tools. It is just great seeing young women continuing on with the tradition of making. I live in middle TN and my daughter is in Georgia and my son is in New Mexico. Having my family so far away makes it so hard when you want to get out in the studio and create with them and share all you have learned over so many years. I wil add that my entire family was and is very talented. Word to the wise make some older friends. A lot of times they are just waiting for your age ladies to reach out. Most older women can't wait to be ask to share their knowledge, but don't want intrude..When I was in my late 20's some of my best friends were in their 60's and 70's. We are all the same age under the old body. Good luck and grear success. You seem like a lot of fun.

My favorite was the joy ornament. I also liked the thought of the gingerbread house but I was hoping you would've used your cricket cutouts. When I saw the white wooly dust mop pad, I thought for sure you'd make a snowman out of it. That would go cute with the snowball stand! Overall, great ideas! Loved it all.

Great ideas, love the ornament idea simple but really cute. In my house my husband literally starts the count down the day after Christmas, it is always funny he will just pop up periodically and say, You know we only have 210 days till Christmas or we have 163 days till Christmas. Whatever the case maybe. Great job crafting!
