I loved all your projects because you have a designers vision seeing the potential of items to repurpose them and your magical use of multiple colors for dimension, texture and pizazz. My favorite are the two projects I will attempt ...the prints made to .look like oil paintings and recovering a lampshade. Both projects taught me skills I will use again and again. Tysm Liz.

@@krisa8649 Don't try to wash anything that you decoupage because it wont hold up, maybe just a damp cloth to clean. Modpoge is only glue.

Great job with that wreath! I am pretty sure my Dollar Trees have all the leftover florals that didn't sell anywhere else, lol. But I do tend to collect wood boxes and crates, etc. I'm planning to 'craft my stash' too! And I have to say, after seeing so many of your projects using Rub N Buff, I finally decided to try it, and I love it.

The Mod Podge idea for simulating an oil painting is interesting. My father was a professional artist. I think you could get an envelope more realistic look with a finer stroke technique, and the cross-stroking a little closer together. It’s a pretty cool idea.

Yes, if you try to follow the actual painting a bit, it would look better. Might work to start with the criss cross technique, and then go back in to follow more closely the tree leaves, for instance.

Love them all!! I love the floral napkin in #10! I used that same napkin to mod podge onto some tumbling tower blocks. I made a lanten. I used chopping mats as the "glass." It came out so pretty!!

With the plastic vase & Mod Podge, you can put an LED candle or a set of fairy lights in it for a warm glow. I did it with a smaller one for a "nightlight" for my guest bathroom. I turned the vase upside down so the unfiltered light was on the counter next to the sink. My friend who stayed with me loved it and raved over it. She was stunned when I gave it to her. After all; 2 containers for $1.25, pack of napkins $1.25, 2 tealights $1.25. The most expensive item was the dishwasher-safe Mod Podge. I had gotten the napkins with her in mind. I laughed when she sent a picture of it in her master bath!

8 and 12 were the only ones I could see myself actually doing. I love the match holder idea. I just gave out candles to my coworkers for Christmas and I’d of done the match holders as well if I’d of had this idea. And I love the gold frames.

DIY. Never tried any project with decoupage, but I might give it a whirl after watching you do the scalloped vase. I used modeling clay and some varied flower molds and cookie cutters, to make a "flower garden" on canvas. I recently sold it at a craft fair, so I will make some more canvas pieces..

I love that you use a lot of green. For example: green twine etc. Do you ever use Black stain on your wood pieces. I also have a ton of greenery and flowers in my house. I had so much one year, I made wreaths for all 6 Secretaries at work on Secretary Day. They loved it and I felt great doing it 🤗
