Thank you for sharing. Controlling anger and managing anxiety can be tough, but remember the words of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): “The strong is not the one who overcomes others by strength, but the one who controls themselves in anger.” (Sahih Bukhari). Turning to Allah can bring peace, as the Quran says, “In the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Surah Ar-Ra’d, 13:28). Try reciting this dua for comfort: اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن، والعجز والكسل، والبخل والجبن، وضلع الدين، وغلبة الرجال “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts, and from being overpowered by others.” (Sahih Bukhari, Book 80, Hadith 86). May Allah bring you ease and strength.
