The Holy Spirit put going to bible college on my heart. And as a result of God got accepted. but I dont have funds. I prayed, applied for 3 scholarships prayed about them. And am waiting. The job that I interviewed wasnt offered. I have no reason to stay where I am. But I dont have the funds for school yet. I cant start without. I did apply for jobs around school area. And am praying for that. I truly want to go to bible school. Learning more about Heavenly family, being around believers is a dream. And the school does have housing for older students. How did everything turn out? If for any reason you didn't get in, many people never went to Bible College and still preached the gospel, Moses, Joseph, etc. And in our day, Bryann T Christian rapper. " Bible Open" check it out. I can not relate to drugs, drinking, or jail, but I can relate to feeling lost, broken, and lonely. Also, in many churches, they have classes where they get into the word. Baruch hashem in San Antonio has a class called digging deeper on youtube Tuesdays. I hope it all worked out for you, but there are other ways to be around " family," serving others. Blessings

I want to remind believers that everything you intend to do or desire must line up with God’s Word. If you’ve been married before and divorced you can only remarry for the reasons the Bible states. Firstly, if it’s God’s will. Secondly, if your spouse has died. Thirdly, if you were not the one that committed adultery. Any other reasons don’t even bother to ask for prayer to find a partner or go looking. If you are truly a believer, then your intention is to keep his commandments/covenants. Shalom.

This video reminded me of the time you advised something along the lines of pursuing God's lead more strongly for more significant decisions. Essentially, the more significant the decision the more certain we must be that God is guiding us in a certain direction. I believe your example involved dating and marriage. It may not take a huge sign for us to step out in faith and ask a woman we like on a date. Alternatively, if we have a long-term girlfriend, it would be prudent to wait for a more precise signal if we were getting ready to propose. Once again this has come at a time when I needed it. Over half of these signs match up with the single season I am going through, but the opportunity has yet to present itself. I am at a place with like-minded Christian men around my age, but although I'm acquainted with a few and receive stares by others, none approach or express interest. I have a strong desire for a relationship (and eventually marriage) that glorifies Christ, yet I have laid this desire at His feet nearly everyday and, most of the time, receive a peace beyond understanding. At times, though, the growth that's occurred over the past few months is beginning to feel stagnant. Now, a restlessness I cannot explain seems to be pushing me to act, yet I don't know how. What do I do other than wait and pray? May you please do a video of how to transform a waiting season into a walking season? Maybe include a few tips of how to pursue a relationship while seeking Christ, without coming off as desperate as a Christian woman.

I can so relate to your comment. I feel ready but with no potential men I’d like to date. There’s videos that Mark has done about how to show interest for a man & it talks about being inviting, which I am. I think the fear of coming off desperate or like we’re chasing a man is very real & makes us feel like we’ll be looked at a certain way or rejected. It’s hard at times. I’m inviting & friendly like the suggestions he gives but the only men that seem to do anything about it are men I’m not interested in 😢 idk what else to do except continued acts of showing small signs of interest without going overboard.

After watching your video, I’m convinced that God is saying now is the time to pursue a career. In my current job, I love the people I work with but I’m not growing anymore. I have had the same job for six years (I was in college). I know what I have to do but two questions remain: how to do it and what job will help me serve God? Any thoughts about either of these questions?

I am a scientist. Over the years I was forced to keep my silence about unethical pseudo scientific practice. Yes, I saw consequences in the form of suffering. I kept my silence. Recently, the person who is responsible for all these suddenly retired, at a surprisingly young age.... is this a sign that I can speak up?

Try not to overcomplicate it :) Job offers, opportunities to go to a college, dating someone, moving somewhere - these are literal open doors :)

Yes those are open doors but that still doesn’t answer how you know when it’s time, how do you know what God wants you to do or how do you know an opportunity is in front of you that is meant for you? I overthink everything so not over complicating things isn’t an option sadly.

@@taras4352 Yeah I still don’t get it🤷🏽‍♂️ He listed open doors but it’s deeper than that, how do you know if it’s from God or deception from satan? When to move or stay are you obeying or disobeying and what are the consequences if you’re disobeying when you think you’re obeying....
