@@reynaldocagoco7905 You need to get your coin graded then go to Coin Heritage Auctions, or Goggle Coin Auctions, to check around for how the coin you have has done at auctions. Maybe PCGS could give you infor on the best way to sell your coin I would think. Yoiu don't want to get ripped off.

Right. I just said the same exact thing. I remember having that 1909 penny that said one cent on the back. I definitely missed out on a lot of money on that one. I'm kicking my ownself in the ass right now. But from now, I'm definitely going to be checking every coin that I have.

@@s.c.t.g7735 If it makes you feel any better, a lot of older pennies from different years have the "one cent" backing, not just ones from 1909. While wheatback pennies are pretty hard to find in regular circulation nowadays, their value fluctuates greatly and many won't be worth nearly as much as the 1909 one in the video

Pay close attention. I just put over 100 error coins back into circulation, with about 10,000 more to come. I have been trying to sell these for 20 years. Its all a joke, but if it makes you happy, I have 10 1955 double dates, 7 1957 double dates, 1956 double date that they say doesn't exist, 58's & 59's are the same. 4 1909 mules, 8 1959 black beauties plus many other years. I have coins you guys have never heard about, so pay attention and look closely. Im in Pa, in America. Coins are only worth face value. If you guys paid attention to the auctions, you would see the same coins selling over & over & over, yet these channels leave that detail out to make you think ANOTHER coin has emerged. Its all a scam to get you to pay PCGS and their minions. Never pay those crooks to keep your coins. Its kinda funny that I have thousands of coins that I have been trying to sell for 20 years, not one sold, but youtube says they are worth thousands. LMFAO !!!!!

If it has to be the 1909 S VDB, meaning it has to be the S mint mark AND have VDB (the initials of the guy who designed the coin, I think) on the back. If it does not have the S mint mark (either with or without the VDB) it's worth maybe $20 at most. If it has the S mint mark but not the VDB on the back it could be worth up to around $200. Only the one with both the S and VDB are valued in the tens of thousands of $.

My wife's grandfather had gotten a bronze 1943 cent as part of his pay during WW2. He knew it wasn't the typical cent but never thought much about value. I guess he kept it in a small tin or box in his cash register as a conversation piece. Sadly it was stolen. When I learned about it, I told him that I'd recently read one had sold at auction in the 6 figures. I'm not sure if that was a printing error or if it really was a 6 figure coin, I'd heard about 5 figure price tags, but when I told him....I actually saw the color drain from his face like I'd never seen before. He also, as a young kid, got into his grandmother's old coins and he and a friend took a bunch of $1 gold pieces and went to a business with old candy machines and inserted them in the 1 cent slot, turned the dials, and I imagine those coins got chewed up. The stories that I could tell would last all day. An old outhouse was getting plowed over until someone noticed jars of gold and silver coins attached under the bench part with jar lids screwed into the wood. So much more that still blows my mind.

I have a question about "full steps" nickels. I learned a while back that, to be considered "FS" there cannot be any nicks or marks on the steps, even if all steps are showing. The nickel presented in this video had a few marks on it. I do, very much, like your videos. Your style of presentation is great. Thank you!

No, full steps means all 5 steps are aligned and clearly visible.

Full steps mean the steps are seen, all of them, including the side steps on both sides. Cents are the same way with the memorials, the front steps and the steps on both sides, like 3 or 4 steps.

I have a 1909 VDB .and it’s in really good shape. You can still see all the leaf marks and lines throughout . My 1914 however the leaf print in the back is just the outline of what was once there. I started to collect wheat pennies when I would get them back in change and the older they are it feels like I’m collecting treasure. Just thinking back over 100 years ago this was used by somebody and a penny bought more items back than!

Only the 1909 S VDB is super valuable. If yours doesn't have the S mint mark than it's worth like $20 even in the best condition.

They have the same weight. The 1943 steel penny sticks to a magnet, but the 1943 copper penny doesn't stick to a magnet. That's the difference. Do you have a 1943 bronze wheat penny?

Are your coins for sale? Best grading companies are: PCGS and NGC, but there are others too. It costs a lot of money just to grade a coin; $45. If your is not really in great shape, don't grade it because you will lose your if it receives a poor grade. I am interested in your coins.

Is your coin for sale? What is the color of your 1943 penny? Is it silver, red or brown? There is no fixed price or value for any coin. Everything depends on the grade, condition and mint mark (desirability). You coin can be worth between 1 cent and $5. As you see in the video, only coins with high grade of 67, 68, 69 and 70 have value. It is very difficult for an old coin to have those grades. In brief, if your coin is not graded in order to find out its approximate grade, it is worth only its face value; 1 cent. Can you send me pictures of your 1943 Lincoln penny. I might tell you and help you.

Your 1909 coin is a Nickel; a 5 cents. It is called V Nickel that's why it has the letter V. Is it for sale?

I have a $2 bill with a misaligned reverse print as well as the fact that it is also slightly under side compared to the front print. I first noticed the offset after flipping is a bill over and saw that they were indentations from the printing press so that point I held be built up to the light that's when I saw the size difference in between the print on the front and the French on the back. And I have absolutely no idea where to start as far as finding out whether or not this bill is actually worth anything or not. Spell suspended in 2017 left hand corner is before then large number 12 right hand side swb 17. I greatly appreciate a little bit of help with figuring this out as far as what direction I need to go and who I need to talk to you as far as getting it graded.

You can sell your coin to anyone and anywhere. But to grade or appraise a coin costs between $45 to $50. If your coin is not really in excellent condition, don't send it for grading because you will lose if it receives poor grade; I mean a grade below 66. It is very difficult for an old coin to get a grade of 67, 68, 69 and 70. Just show me your old coins and I might buy some if they are in good condition.

Question, I have a circulated 1909 penny. It's pretty dirty. I have a picture. I have a few pennies between 1909-1940. Question is this, is the 1909 that is circulated even worth enough to sell?

No, in order for any coin to sell well, it must have a good grade. Any circulated is less valuable.
