I love this mindset of finding essential companies for very important companies like ASML. Very informative video!

Oh by the way, how do you like that John Sakamoto joining Skywater as new COO? He seems to be a good pick.

Wonderful videos Nick & Kasey, I could learn more in-depth workings on Semi industry from your videos and that really helpful to understand the big picture more than just stock picks which majority of the other channels doing. I see some news that Qualcom is in discussion with Tata group in India for chip manufacturing in India and other OEM's in India also planning to enter into Semi manufacturing to replace China and be a strategic partner for US. I know its very early days, but if you can make a video on the potential outsourcing to Indian OEM companies would be really helpful to understand the changing landsacpe on that front. And lastly I really wish you guys all the best for your channel and grow to be one of the leading tech stock analysts channels in next couple of years!!

Thank you for watching and for commenting! These are great questions. QCOM and others are keenly interested in expanding in India. It sounds reminiscent of Tesla's interest as well to address the large auto market, and future potential of renewable energy, in India. We do wonder if some of the chip manufacturing discussions are similar, if it's in part to in-source India's fast growing economy, as well as to be a strategic partner to the US as well. We will monitor the situation and update as meaningful details emerge! Thanks again!

Asml can definitely live without Photronic.... Most big foundries that fabricate advanced chips have their own Photomask production lines for example tsmc, and Samsung. The plab only got very small share in photomask market......

This is true, there are a number of photomask options

I think a great subject you guys can tackle next is AI a being the next big threat to cybersecurity - AI is a double edged sword - it protects companies from hackers yet it is becoming a more effective tool for hackers to use - cheers~!

We'll look into that topic. Quantum computing is going to be an even bigger risk.

ASML would buy out another company if it meant to stay afloat. ASML is going nowhere.
