As an Oregonian I can confirm. There’s dispos next to each other, across from each other, down the road from each other. There’s a Chinese restaurant that just closed down and turned into a dispo. We have multiple dispos located right at highway exists so that you don’t even have to drive into town to get it. Just pull off get gas for yourself and your car and be on your way. So many dispos.

Kinda reminds me of Morenci, a town in Michigan that's not even 20 minutes into the south Michigan border with like 5 dispos clustered together. They knew what they were doing cause that town is a destination for a bunch of people from Indiana and Ohio to get their legal, recreational product.

My fave weed fact is the origin of 4/20. A group of college students heard a rumour of a huge pot farm hidden within a giant corn field they would meet up everyday after class at 4:20 and would even use the term 4/20 as a code to talk about it like "hey bro you coming around for 4/20 today?" Anyways if it was just these college kids using it as there code for searching for a weed farm Nathan Drake and Laura croft x Cheech and Chong style then it probably wouldn't have became so wide spread but the story goes that somehow the band the grateful dead caught wind of this but this where the details run out no one knows for sure how they found out about it but they did and they mentioned it in one of there songs and then it slowly became the widespread term it is today.

"Best dispensaries" just don't exist when there's a lot. I went to Michigan and went to the highest rated dispensary on Google Maps in Grand Rapids and they only had 3 strains which they grew themselves and then they also sold seeds for those 3 strains and that was the entire business. Gotta find the ones that have good reputation and good deals which is definitely subject to variation from month to month.

I'm from San Bernardino county, me and my wife drove to Seattle. Stopped off in Oregon at a spot and the flower smelled good but look like Mexican brick. In Portland Oregon while there’s a ton the best dispensary by far is Americannarx, they’ve got a massive selection for all price ranges and 25% off everything from Friday-Monday so you really cannot pass it up

I live in Oregon and it's insane dude so many. I went to a dispensary I thought just popped up and they've been there for like a year and a half, I just never noticed them. This is actually a problem though there's too much supply not enough demand and pay for most weed jobs here in Oregon suck as they don't really have the money to pay you much. Over the next few years I'm sure a vast majority of them will shut down or go bankrupt. Especially with the state of the economy right now
