Instead of a stringsaw I would just stick with my huntsman knife, 480 grams with a solid steel blade, chops trough branches like that with just a few hits and has a lot of more uses.

Yah, I got the Everstrike lighter good for 9,000 strikes it pretty good for cheap. but the weak land yard will easily break and fluid will evaporate within months just like the other videos and blogs about it. but hey, after it sold out I paid only S&H and got for free.
