Yes! Definitely interested in a Roller Ab slider with the Clench touch. Add larger wheels, a couple of anchor loops, and ergonomic handles

The kneeling band crunch is one that I'd forgotten about. It very closely resembles the vertical ab crunch machine I used to use when I went to Anytime Fitness. Thank you for reminding me! I'll definitely be attacking those. And although I like the ab cart rollout motion, I'm just not quite sure my shoulder would enjoy it as much...(2 previous rotator cuff surgeries on same shoulder). But yeah, I remember using the ab wheel back in the day & I liked the way that motion had targeted pretty much the entire body. Awesome exercise to add in there! Why can't this exercise [4.00sec] be done in this way? In my view sitting like this is more effective because lower body is almost stationary therefore core is engaged more. Here you can notice leg under the knee is bent by 180 degree. kzbin.info/www/bejne/npbUpmyvgNB9oac
