Thank you. As one who has lifted weights and bands for 50 years combined, warming up and very carefully performing these and other exercises is critical. Joints/tendons in the shoulders wear/tear far more easily than muscle-my only injury ever. Are not seated rows at different angles with bands safer than upward rows? Shrugs are a nice complement I find. Often shoulders and upper back overlap so very much that I train them together, sometimes moving on to lats while at it.

Nordstcik is not good at all is highly ubstable and very expensive. I can do multiple reps on a stable bar using band assistance, however i cannot do a sinlge full rep using nordstick plus band assistance. And it's not because of my strenght it's because of how unstable those straps are. I don't recomend nordstick because it doesn't allows to perfome the excercise. It's not even the materials because they seem to be high quality, it is simply poorly designed. Really bad product. And fuck all this stupid influencers promoting this poorly designed product because of you many people are wasting their money. Shame on you.

Yes, will absolutely help with the dunk! Clench Fitness red, black or purple bands usually work best. clenchfitness.com/products/resistance-bands?variant=19925134082121

Use cables. Bands provide the least tension during the stretch, which matters more.
@Dr.Donut.4 күн бұрын
I agree but what if you don't have cables at your house. Id just use regular weight
@ClenchFitness4 күн бұрын
Our goal isn’t to suggest this is better than free weights or cable machines, we’re big fans of all equipment! This band option is a great for people who don’t have cables or free weights available. Also, using this setup does provide adequate resistance at the bottom of the rep!
@FeatherInABook4 күн бұрын
@@ClenchFitnessof course, It isn't the best alternative to dumbbells, you can adjust your body and apply more resistance in bands to really apply that stretch. Completely reasonable.

Come on man use the slingshot the original one far away better than this
@ClenchFitness7 күн бұрын
It's basically providing the same assistance as a Slingshot. The upside is I can do way more with a 41-inch resistance band than I could with a Slingshot!
@timbickel29719 күн бұрын
The concentric phase using bands: in the myofascia tissue lengthened position (bottom position of a chest press) you start with little to no resistance - as you stretch the band through your concentric action - the band does increase force production and you end your range of motion (top position of a chest press) with a high tension contraction in the shortened position of the myofascia tissues. This is a good reason to include free weight versions of your exercises, along side the benefits of band training - or combine. I like to train with bands in zone positions, especially for arm training. Tim

So glad I found this channel, because I’ve been pretty curious and hopeful that band will get us to the same place as plates and bars. Or pretty close to it, anyway. I was looking at a picture of a close-grip landmine row, racking my brain to thin about how to recreate it with bands. Then I thought Clench Fitness might have something, and voila, I found the close grip back video! I knew you’d have it!!! So happy to be here. Thank you so much and keep it coming!!!!!!!
