Now you need to develop Dumbbells like that, 14" - 16" - 18" wide, or all 3 sizes. The clench band handles aren't that great in my opinion. Nice bar though.

There is one bar that the ends move separately made of Olympic metal, which makes it weight a lot. And they come in 3 different sizes: small or regular, medium and large. I wouldn’t mind trying this one, specially because it’s so light, since I only use resistance bands to work out.

Keeping it lightweight is key for resistance band use!

Very cool, next Clench purchase on my list . But damn, just bought the Nexus bar in November!
@ClenchFitness13 сағат бұрын
The Nexus Pro Bar is an excellent bar and we definitely didn't design this to take it's place! I think the bars are different enough that they can both be widely used in a home gym and you might find you like each one for different exercises!
I don’t see it up for sale on Clench website yet. How does it compare to X3 and Harambe?

Can the Clench Utility Strap be anchored around a door?
@ClenchFitness3 күн бұрын
It isn't long enough on it's own, but you could try using a tie down strap to secure it around a door frame.

Minimal equipment... A squat rack, a weight bench, heavy dumbells... Before bothering adding resistance, do 1 legged hip thrusts. No equipment... Well just something to rest your back on. I use my bed frame with a towel.

That solves a lot of problems and probably gives the user suspension training as well. Could probably use it for work, too. Compared to a daisy chain, these are a bargain.

These are a great idea! One question I have, and pardon my ignorance, or please point me out if this was already covered - will attaching bands to carabineers damage them or cause them to wear out prematurely? If you've already covered this, please point me to the video otherwise, it might be a good video about misconceptions about bands Let me know if there's a good video that shows do's and don'ts with bands?
@ClenchFitness8 күн бұрын
Great question! I'd say it depends on the carabiner. Here's a few things to consider...make sure the carabiner has a smooth surface with no sharp/rough edges. Choose a carabiner that can properly accommodate the size band you're using, if the band is folded/pinched it could cause damage. Make sure the carabiner is wide enough in diameter to avoid creating small pressure points on the band. Here's a great video that discusses some of the things to avoid when using bands - kzbin.info/www/bejne/roi4Y4trhJutp5osi=SvrOrya3AzXq2PC8 We offer two different sizes of carabiners that have been thoroughly tested to be compatible with our bands, you can check them out here - clenchfitness.com/collections/band-accessories/products/clench-carabiners?variant=41127774388303

Great idea Brandon could you possibly attach the utility strap to a door anchor to the top of a door, and then attached the other end to a door anchor at the bottom of the door, close the door , and the kind of have a door anchor strap on the door to do different resistance band exercises at different heights?
@ClenchFitness8 күн бұрын
Very creative! We don't recommend attaching a Clench Anchor Strap under a door as it is likely to pull out due to the gap. However, I think you could still accomplish your idea by putting the Anchor Straps on the upper and lower hinge side of the door.

I just checked these out on your website. You priced these awesomely! TWO for $15!! That's less than most fast food lunches. THANK YOU for that pricing!
@ClenchFitness8 күн бұрын
They promote health more than fast food lunches too! 😉 Appreciate your feedback!
@raymondjurado92037 күн бұрын
+1 on this. I bought after seeing this video. For TWO of these, the pricing is competitive with a climbing daisy chain. For the purposes of the non-critical loads without a lot of shock, they are probably good.
@jonatnry61978 күн бұрын
If the loops are big enough to fit a foot into, I think you could also use this like a stretch band or a yoga band. All the loops could allow you to do all kinds of stretching. Just suggesting another possible use.
@ClenchFitness8 күн бұрын
Nice idea! The loops on each end are 8 inches, so that could work!
