Ok.. I can say I'm officially a fan of your channel Devin. To be honest, I'm beaten of all the daily work and it's really hard to try to improve, specially starting with Fortinet. But I can hear you yawn and you do take your time to do this videos and share your knowledge... my respect and thanks. Learning a lot these days! :)

Sweet! Like I said if I get some time I can add more but I do have a couple of FortiManager videos I have to get out before the weekends through. If there's something you specifically want though let me know man and good luck!

@@DevinAdams someone told me that SD-WAN have mpls on it for the connection for branch. Is that possible?
@DevinAdams4 жыл бұрын
@@johnreycasipong3637 mpls is done through the carrier so to the customer's perspective it looks like a point-to-point connection. How we can use this with the SD-WAN, is by writing rules that only points traffic from the branch office back to headquarters that might be sensitive to quality. And you can have VPN tunnels act as backups if the mpls Network ever fails. Once again all by writing the correct SD-WAN rules. and the topology that we have created in these videos you can do just that buy directly connecting the two for two firewalls together with a netterm box in the middle to simulate mpls failure. Then you add a VPN tunnel to the SDWAN and write the correct rule so kicks in automatically. Check out my video playlist NSE study videos and I do this. Hope that makes sense.

Greetings Devin. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. Excellent videos. Regarding the Performance SLA section, I'm having an issue in my end, its not displaying the SLA Results *up/down arrow* and *percentage*. It just display *port1: (blanc) port2: (blanc)*. I've tried using 2 different browsers; Google Chrome and IE. I've allocated 1GB RAM to the Forti Image. Im using FortiOS 6.0 64VM KVM
