Just watched this vid and found it has the same quality as your other vids. This is the former commercial photog and food photog's assistant. If you look at the late 1977-79 issues of Commercial Photography magazine from Japan, you will see how the Japanese food photogs built and lit their sets. Bloody incredible use of diffusion material and lights and very similar to your approach. And observing natural light is very important. Nice work, figandlight.

I think they are too, but I think softboxes cost more, aren't as flexible, and take up more space. A pro to softboxes is it's great at controlling light spill
