I am preparing to do the jade work you talk about in this video. Hi Adam, Do you know what can help me.. ? When its someone's birthday at work I get pressed into giving $20 each time to help by flowers, food and presents, And I don't go to the gatherings as I'm very introverted. I also feel like I'm spending all this money on people that I Don't even really connect with, And when it's my birthday I'm usually on holidays and none of these people even text me a message to wish me a happy birthday and they all know when it is.
