I dropped ShareIt because of those ads, it's annoying and the videos are all +18 and bad. Anyway I use MiXplorer as my File Explorer on Android, and I create an APK for the app I want to send on a folder called "Apps" then I create a FTP server to this folder, and in the other phone I just open Chrome (Which come with most of Android Devices) and download that APK file and install it, but sometimes I use Wi-Fi Direct, if it's just a photo or a song.

Always use foss apps if possible. I use Trebleshot for file sharing, its available on github (its a really good app with beautiful UI). Also try KZbin Vanced, trust me its good.

To me, Facebook should be uninstall asap. I turn my auto update apps via WiFi only but whenever I'm going to check my apps at play store(using my mobile data), I can see that the Facebook app "try" to update by itself but and it say "waiting for WiFi". 1.) im using trebleshot instead of shareIt 2.) among cleaner apps , im using sd maid pro ... no ads .. no worries .. 3.) im not using any battery saver apps because i have built in battery profile in my phone and also to kill running background app im using SuperfreZZ .. multi force stoping app which i found in xda forum ... it was open source and no ads at all 4. im not interested in whatsapp 5.) "Facebook" .. in my country Philippines ... this is our top social media site where almost people there using it. And our main communication rely on fb messenger ... to maximise the privacy, my location permission was turn off on this app ... or im using Privacy Browser (which i found on F-droid store) if i want more privacy while using facebook
